Which size should I get?
All our products are tailored to size. You can find the sizing advice in the product description.
Can you give more information about a specific product or brand?

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
How do I take care of my items?

SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
I've received the wrong item. What happens now?
Please send a message to our customer service. They will take care of it and send you a return label. Once we have received your return, we will ship the correct product.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders within the Netherlands: FREE.
Orders within Europe: €10.
I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?
Send a message to our customer service. Please remember, you can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
What is the current status of my order?
Keep an eye on your email. You will receive a track & trace number from us, which will allow you to track your order.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
You have to pay import duties, this only applies to orders outside of the EU. All the extra costs are for the customer.
RETURNS
How do I return my order?
Send a message to our customer service with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a return label from us.
What are the return conditions?
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please ensure that all boxes and dust bags are included with the return. You can return any unused item within 14 days.
I've returned my order. When will I have my money back?
Once we have received your return, the refund may take up to 3 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?
Contact our customer service for the appropriate solution.
PAYMENTS
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay with iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Will there be any additional costs to my order? Like customs
You have to pay import duties, this only applies to orders outside of the EU. All the extra costs are for the customer.
Is my order included VAT?
For customers within the EU, the VAT is included in the price. This does not apply for customers outside the EU.
My payment has failed. What should I do?
You can contact our customer service to send you a payment reminder. If we don't receive an payment within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically. You can also place an new order.
